Project Information
The contract was to design and build a new single storey building to replace the existing Overton Community Centre using a BBA Certified modular bonstruction system.
The brand new modular building was designed to cover the main needs of the Community. It has been provided with a main large hall and a smaller hall; a fully-equipped kitchen, toilets including disabled facilities and a wheelchair-friendly entrance area.
